I noticed this coming out of two of my feather dusters after a water change yesterday. I’ve never noticed them so it before and I don’t see it anymore today. Is it poop or sperm or something else? Thank you.

I have noticed a similar buildup in my feather duster. If I let my glass get too much algae and then clean it by scraping ... I notice a clump of algae an hour later in the feather duster's mouth. I have seen this several times and assumed it was doing its job collecting small bits of algae, collecting it, and then consuming it. Another hour or two later and it is gone.

Possibly something occurred in your tank like cleaning the glass ... or another bit of algae got dislodged from somewhere and the duster caught it?

Yes- expelling algae AKA zooxanthellae and often when there is an excess of such
