Blurry, but probably a common bristleworm. They are good at cleaning out detritus...but they are very ugly. Mostly only comes out in the dark though.

Plenty of simple traps can be made. I set one every couple of months just to feel like I'm limiting the population. Probably as effective as swatting mosquitoes as far as population control, but it feels good to get a few out, especially if that are big.

Not welcomed in my tang. Spaghetti tongs, fish net or aquarium grabbers will work- Just DONT handle with fingers.. . OR you'll be singing the frito bandito song " ayy yi yi yi,"
