You would need to get a test kit for nitrate and phosphate. The salifert test kits are inexpensive and work great.How do I check nutrient levels and what’s good levels?

Depended on your reefing goals, nitrates of 5 to 10 ppm and phosphates of .02 to .05 ppm
Reduce feeding and consider other strategies, both chemical and biological, which you can find by searching this forum. Not much of a problem at this stage imho.To lower nitrates I’m assuming water changes or all I can pretty much do? And phosphates I’m not very familiar with that
