What is this on my Acan irritating it and seems like eating it?

I found this on my Acan the other day. I immediately pulled the coral and dipped it in ro/di water which seems to have helped. Definitely shocked the coral a bit but the pest is gone. It seems to be directly attached to the coral and it was circular, soft, and jelly like.

Almost looks like “ Brown Jelly disease” that plagues lps. Treatment for BJD is Ciprofluxon? (“Cipro”).
If it returns I would pull and treat it with Cipro- and watch any other lps present for similar symptoms. It kills quickly if not treated.

I used to because that was all I had in hand. It does seem like it has mostly died but some parts are kinda coming back. I am gonna keep an eye on it. With ro I know it’ll kill any pest so I just wanted to do a quick dip. Some places even recommend dipping all corals in ro but I try not to.
