Hello I noticed this in my Yuma and some mushrooms seem mad. What is this. And how do I get rid of it if it’s bad? Also I found this guy in my refugium and it seems be having babies. Thank you!

The second video in the fuge looks like some kind of stomatella snail. I've never seen one that big so I'm not 100%, if it is they are usually welcomed members of the CUC and totally safe!
