Welcome to Reef2Reef!

It’s hard to say for sure from the pic, but - assuming you’re asking about the white things sticking off the right side of the rock there - possibly a branching species of colonial hydroids?

I was actually talking about this lil clear sack with a black thing inside of it thought it might be a egg of some kind doing my first cycle on my new tank and this thing is on the live rock

Since it's my first cycle don't you think it would be beneficial to leave it in there since there are no fish And it being my first cycle?
No, it's an algae that can be a real pain if not removed while you can.

No. I would remove that as soon as possible. It's a nuissance algae and will become a real problem eventually.
Just pick it off there and throw it in the can. It would be really sad 6 months in the future to have it all over the place when there was only one little piece to start with.
