I've got 2 small ones I can't catch. Is there a predator room them when small? 2 inches max. Thanks

Yeah, if you know it’s in the rock you could remove the rock and freshwater dip it (for a long time). If there are coral or you can’t remove, make a trap and see if you can catch it. Lots of diy’s on YouTube.

Worm is too dumb to figure how to get back out
