What is this? Doesn’t move I have like 3 of these in the sump always thought it was suction cup from something only seen it today with light. Any ideas?

I have so many weird sponges in my sump and tank, I wish I knew what all of them are. Some even have valves that pull water in and out. Really cool to watch.
