So I just purchased my first Triton Lab Kit. I am wondering when would be the BEST time to collect the water sample? I do weekly water changes on Saturdays and I always test my tank at 8:00pm.

I was thinking of doing a water change Today (Saturday) and pulling the test water on Wednesday after I complete personal tests at 8:00pm. That will give 4 full days from water change date to see what the tank is deficient in.

Thoughts? Does anyone send their samples in immediately after a water change? Any other best practices?

I would leave at least 24 hours after carrying out the water changes to allow the levels to stabilise, more importantly is to sample before feeding so as not to introduce too many food particles into the sample.
