So, I have been battling dinos for about 2 weeks now, killed about 50% now, when should I start doing water changes again? My coral is not too happy right now, I have a feeling that it might be caused my no water changes, is this feeling right? As well as dinos, I think I also have green cyano as well

Thanks!

Edit: it has been about 3 weeks actually

Maybe I’m missing something but why are you avoiding water changes? I can’t think of a situation in an operating system where a water change would be harmful, can only help

Water changes replace elements required by Dinos.

You normally stop dosing and water changes while trying to eradicate them and just maintain Alk.

I wouldn't expect a few weeks without Water changes to affect coral that much that fast as long s you are maintaining Alk using Sodium Carbonate.

Have you done some water testing to verify that your parameters are where they need to be? :) Test for the big three-alk in particular!
