Hey Guys,

I don't know of any local suppliers, so I am hoping to find an online supplier of acrylic.
Anyone know any good links?

Thanks as allways,
Steve

Steve,

There is an acrylic store near me. Acme plastics:
Acme Plastics, Inc.
5655 A General Washington Dr.
Alexandria, VA 22312
Phone: 703-642-3030, 800-678-1991 (toll free)
Fax: 703-750-2463

They not only cut products for you ,but you can also get killer prices on left over stock.

there is a BIG place in Richmond...bout 2hrs from you (i think mechanicsville), thats where my LFS guy got it from.

they ship, or you can go pick up. i honestly dont remember what kind of acrylic he got though (brand name).

they had pretty good prices too! better than most i've seen post here i think.

Either way you will want cast acrylic......Acrylic has skyrocketed in the last 5 years......When I bought the sheets for my corner tank a sheet of 1/4'' 4'X8' was just over $50 no they want $137 local.....I know a place on line that has it for cheap and will cut and send to you.....I will see if I can find the link...
