This may be an unorthodox answer, but I think in crabs's tank would likely be best ;)

I say 1 dragon slayer, and two Christmas marebels
Ha, I will break a frag off for you when they grow some.

I found using any epoxy with super glue gel and making a sandwich. I place a nice skirt of super between the frag or frag plug then epoxy, then more super glue on the side that is going to be attached to the rock. The I smash and twist to whole then to the rock work after clean with a toothbrush. We it break off, yes but one has to break it off. I use a good amount of epoxy since the frag is going to survive and encrusts to plug and epoxy.

I would like to try the plastic polymer product out there to first put on the plug and epoxy, since it has to be done out of the water then the super glue and stick it.
