I'm about to order a dual reactor and media from BRS and am curious about which GFO everyone would suggest. Standard GFO or the high capacity GFO? My total water volume is about 110gal. My tank has softies and LPS. Any suggestions?

How old is your tank?
the brs gfo Is fine. just get a test kit and take It slow at first. I would start at half of the brs calculators volume and work up as needed for gfo.
Thanks for the advice. Now I'm starting to rethink my choice in reactors. Does anyone out there use this particular one I'm considering?I have just used the standard and it has worked just fine. Its very dusty and has to be rinsed pretty well. I highly suggest getting a good filter media bag and just putting the GFO in the bag inside the reactor. Especially if you are going to get a dual reactor. Both GFO and carbon have to be set with just the right amount of flow or you can have problems. You never want the media to tumble or grind inside the reactor as it will release small fines or dust into the tank. Both of these things can be detrimental to corals and fish. Also be sure to start with a small amount of GFO, maybe 1/4 of the suggested amount. You never want to strip the tank of it nutrients too fast. Slow wins the race.
