White deposit on rocks, what is it?

Hi! In the last 2 weeks I have this white deposit appearing on rocks… It almost look like it snowed in my tank! BUT it seems pretty hard, I can’t blow it off with a baster and brushing it doesn’t remove it either! What is it?
