White round stuff in the center of mushroom????

hey folks,

First of all Merry Christmas to the REEF2REEF community!!!

I just discovered somthing strange in the center of my mushroom. It's is white,slimy and round. Anyone know what this could be ??

+1 reeferdood. Sometimes their innards are expelled. As long as the innards arent touching another corals flesh i wouldnt be concerned. No idea why they do it.

Thanks guys... I tried taking a photo but by the time I went to grab my phone it was back to normal. It was really weird. It looks like it's back to normal.

Mesenterial Filaments, coraillmorphs expel these internal structures usually in response to water changes, and subtle changes in water chemistry.
