What are these?? All over the rocks and just pulled one out of sand.

Looks like tube worms - feather dusters, etc. Might still be alive or might just be the old casings. Either way, nothing to worry about

The first image is of a bristle worm. The second might also be but it’s too blurry to make out.

Yup bristle worm. So far haven’t seen them once and no sign of it. Thanks.
