So I have this mostly on my overflow and a little in my sand and rock. How does 1 get rid of this other then manual removal, or what is the cause. 96g corner 2 mp40s and a vectra s1 return pump tank is most sps with some softies and LPS
looks like cyano bacteria, usually a sign of nutrient imbalance, lack of flow, or lack of oxygen. blow it out with a turckey baster or a scraper, and dose coral snow by KZ product.
leave your skimmer on, and turn it up a bit to skim a bit wet.
@GoldenStateCorals sells a similar product for 1/2 the price, but they don't list it on their site, its an in-store product, but if you call and order, I'm sure they will ship.
anyone else have any idea on this as the coral snow does not seem to be helping, ive cut feedings down and turned lights down. i ordered another pump to try and target the areas that this is growing in as well . thanks in advance
