Will Redsea Reefer 170 G2 parts fit Reefer 170 Classic?

I need to replace the plumbing in the cabinet and I'm wondering if the new G2 parts fit the 170 Classic.

I don’t see why not, the sump didn’t really change either so it “should” work but I’d wait for someone who’s possibly done the swap

According to RedSea support the G2 parts will not work in the 170 Classic. Below are the part numbers for the classic.

• R42216 - Sump Valved down pipe RF 170
• R42219 - Sump overflow downpipe RF 170
• R42221 - Sump pump return connector 16mm
