Need help identifying these worms in my tank. There are a few of these worms, also noticed these worms in the sand bed. Any idea what these worms are?

They are different types of detritus worms. Their population will depend on how much you (over) feed.

Been generous recently with feeding, will have to cut back. I assume they’re friend rather than foe?

The first picture looks like a dorvilleidae worm to me. the others are just small bristleworms, spionid worms or detrius worms.
