XR30 blue G5 recommended schedule for frag tank?

Hello guys , I'm setting up small frag tank near to my display tank ,it will be plumped to same sump of display tank.

dimensions of frag tank : 70 cm long , 50 cm wide , 35 cm high

I have Radion XR30 Blue Gen 5.

What is the recommended schedule for this type of tank ?

most of the cutted frags will be SPS.

Personally I like AB+ setting. the only thing I change is the intensity and what time it turns on and off. duration and spectrum never change

I have soft corals and LPS, and I run mine at 50% for 12 hours a day. I have a 1 hr peak at AB+, the rest of the time it's a mix of royal blue and white for aesthetics.
