Any of the yellow ones. I only have the rainbow phoenix but judging by the lack of colony pics on any of them I'm guessing they are all slow growers. I've had mine about 9 months and its still a frag.

All these frags (beside the beach bumb and the 2 regular pheonix montis) plus 3 more grew since november. For 2 months it didnt grow, then moved into very very low lighting and it took off. Started off as a regular small inch frag

This is five months growth for me but I've had it nine (cant find the 1st pictures). In 9 months monti's are usually a foot and half across for me. This is by far the slowest growing monti I've ever come across.

My buddy on post #36 was 6 months growth. It started as a thumbnail size frag.

I guess its what you are accustomed to. When I think of monti's I expect a 9 to 10 inch colony in 6-8 months.

Not the same image quality as you guys here but this is a piece of rainbow Phoenix I've had for about 2 months. Didn't see much color until I lowered the par and now it has a nice variety of colors under whites and blues. Can't wait for it to grow!

I got my piece of Kung Pao in October 2015, about a 1x1 frag. I grew it to 2x3 in about 3 months and in Dec cut it 1/2.

This photo was take in Feb of 2016. The colony is now about 3.5" across in all directections

8 bulb dimmable ATI unit. Middle of the tank on the side. Not sure what PAR is. It took a long time to get the green/yellow, though.
