So I woke up today and this Tangs eyes went super cloudy he has some red spots on him now and is started to act like he went blind or something… not to sure what I need to do

See the last picture, the four translucent dots on the eye? That could be Neobendenia skin flukes (they show on the eye fairly well). I didn't see any signs of flukes in your first image, but I was mostly looking at the HLLE.

Can you post a video of the fish now?

Another option would be to give the fish a 5 minute freshwater dip and then look to see if the neo flukes drop off.

Carbon can contribute to HLLE and if too much flush pigment. I use undersized portion of Chemipure Blue and coloration of mine are bright yellow:

He looks like he quit

Sorry to hear. The issue now is "damage control" - if the tang had something contagious, it could spread to the other fish in the tank. So, you did not see any oval shaped flukes at the bottom of the dip container (they look kind of like fish scales).

Ugh, that implies something contagious. We were focused on the HLLE that the tang had, and that is not contagious. It must have been carrying some other disease.
Can you post a video of the fish? That allows us to assess breathing rate and swimming behavior.
This visually looks like Brooklynella.
What other animals are in the tank?

Every fish in my tank passed today…. Uhm I only had the two clowns and the tang. I still have a terbo snail a hermit crab and a peppermint shrimp kicking around. Breathing was heavy, they stopped eating and swimming was minimal aswell

Sorry to hear, sounds like the tang brought velvet (Amyloodinium) into your tank, bummer. Even with prompt treatment, that disease is tough to cure, you have to catch it before the fish start to succumb to it.

Your best bet might be to let the tank "lay fallow" for 60 days withy no fish in it, the velvet will die off during that time.
