I know many have probably addressed this issue many times before, but I have not the time to read every post. Is there an over the counter product that anyone may suggest that I can add to increase my nitrates?

You could just dump some extra fish food in your tank, should help kick them up a little or if you have a protein slimmer shut it off for 2 days

+2 on the spectracide. In the meantime I would quit the nopox dosing as mcarroll said
