Zoa Hitchhiker?

Let me know if I should adjust the lighting but looks like something sticking out between these polyps. I just got these today so not sure if it is normal or a hitchhiker I need to worry about. This had a 10 minute Coral RX dip when I got it in.

Need to turn off the blues. Can’t see anything in those pics I’d probably super glue over it though to be safe.

That’s what my hunch was. Unfortunately I’m out of town for two days but will remove when I get home. That said, how do I get rid of it?

If your able then yes. Keep an eye out for eggs as I don't believe dipping kills eggs.

Well I tried to pull it but couldn’t find it after I took it out of the tank. Dipped all my zoas again but nothing came off.

I thought I saw him in the same Zoa frag but I couldn’t get a hold of him with tweezers. I think I’m just going to use Salifert flatworm exit.

Use a Turkey baster and suck it off gently.

I’ve read mixed things but ended up doing the flatworm exit. 60 drops for a 45 gallon which is consistent with some posts/articles that I have seen. I still see the little bugger in there. Just wish he was easier to get out. The turkey baster didn’t work.

Okay I think the culprit is Aiptasia. Now how can I get rid of it without causing an outbreak?
