My good friends at Coralvue made the trip up from Chicago the other day to visit, have a little lunch and do a spotlight on some of the new Gieseman T-5 bulbs I have been test driving for the last six months or so.


Armed with a camera a cooler and some fancy lights they proceeded to set up for the shot in the few barely available square feet of space they could manage to squeeze into. I still don't know where they plugged in that light.

While i won't be expecting any critical acclaim for my own performance here's the final cut. A rare glimpse into The BC control station and my most valuable asset!

Thanks for letting us in a bit into your home Adam. As it turns out I switched out my ati this round to try Giessemann about Christmas time. I really like the color. It's a very nice bulb

hey thanks a lot guys. the special stash tanks will be in the next episode. truth is i was so preoccupied chatting it up with therman that day that when it came time to roll i was like whuh............huh......oh........lights? whats a light bulb?




as for par, i ruined my meter last year so i haven't measured them but id imagine in the ati fixture they are pretty similar but don't exactly quote me on that. they may be more or less for all know. corals are happy though.

The Giessemann actinic blue is a nicer color than the blue plus imo
