Proflex model 4 is rated for 210g. You probably need one rated for 300g because just to make sure.

I think building my own sump and fuge outta two tanks would be the best way. Also I'm in the process of ordering a aquamaxx c-2, ehiem compact 5000, and a BRS value plus 4 stage Ro/di. Thoughts?

Decided to get a 20xh for my fuge and 55g for my sump I will put the baffles in myself and hard plumb the whole system

Update: Ordered a aquamaxx cones 3, eheim compact 5000, BRS value plus 4 stage ro/di, 20g xh, and a 55g. Pictures of everything as they come in!

Looks good. Your off to t great start. I had a friend build a 20g high refugium had it over flow into a 40g breeder where he had his skimmer and return pump. It looked great and gave him an awesome refugium.

That's exactly what I'm doing but with a 55g. Did he have the 20 drilled for the overflow?

Did the same with a pair of 40 breeders. I drilled two bulk heads and hard plumbed them into the sump. It is fed off the return and just gravity drained to the sump. Low flow design for macro and other future refugium critters.

Bta was out when I put him in last night, this morning I found him hiding in the back. Midas blenny has been hiding since I put him in have no idea where he is lol

I have a couple issues I need help with please! I came home from work and couldn't find one if my clown fish. He was stuck in my power head. Dead. :( idk what happen? Also I have green algae growing everywhere and I'm not sure the best way to get rid of it? Thank you
