It's been a while but we relocated to Oregon and have the tank set back up again. Rebuilt the lower sump area and restocked. Lost all the corals and fish in the move. Took a little over a year to get the tank setup again after moving in 2021. Pics from the 2022 reset

Plumb water changes - Open valve to drain into house main sewer line, open separate valve to pump water from mixing station (got the ideas from Jamie)

may i ask how youre doing this? I want to do the same, and will have the mixing station and plumbing to turn a valve and fill with new salt water. But havent figured a clean way to turn a valve and drain. (besides drilling another hole low in the tank, adding another bulkhead and plumbing it with a ball valve)

Add in a tee off your return line and 2x ball valves so you can close the return to the tank and open the other valve to pump your sump water out to your sanitary sewer line. Then you just refill your sump w clean salt water, heat it up/condition it and open the valve back up to your main display.
