Im still hesitant on coral I would like to get a handle on things more and I don’t think my light is strong enough they also seem like a lot of extra work.Plants? Do you have a light that will support coral?
About the same as plants really. They eat what your fish do too. You should at least try a coral. I honestly started with green star polyps that I thought was a plant...they are pretty forgiving.Im still hesitant on coral I would like to get a handle on things more and I don’t think my light is strong enough they also seem like a lot of extra work.

I would probably hold off until your tank is a year. They do better with a more mature tank. I would definitely try an easier soft coral. One problem I have a lid and I really don’t want fish to jump outThese are obviously entry level, but the reviews are decent, it has a low profile, and it would be a better option for your nem and some easier coral.
Do you have anywhere you like to buy corals etc that has a good guarantee?
