I have had my apex for a few years and it works great. I use an old iPad for the display I keep next to the tank. This has worked great until recently. For some reason the app won't load anymore. The dashboard screen just perpetually buffers. I have tried updating the tablet, signing out and then back into the app, rebooting the tablet, and I have tried deleting the app and downloading it again. Tried it all many times. The app on my phone works fine and so does the app on the cheap tablet I keep in the basement fishroom. I am an idiot when it comes to tech, that was my husband's area of expertise but he passed in June so I am lost. Anyone have any ideas?

For security reasons Neptune disabled all old iOS operating systems. This happened to me a few months back. I now have 3 old iPad that serve no purpose.

You could try accessing fusion via Safari instead of the app.
