Aquarium problem

My fish are dying. They seem to be grasping for air before they die. Aquarium water is very cloudy? Help!

Tank is going through a cycle in one of its many phases. Ammonia is possibly present. Possible bacteria bloom stripping water of oxygen.

+1 on bacteria bloom. Robs all oxygen from the water. Been there done it:( Too much vodka:confused:
