Are there any RO/DI conflicts with boost pump, auto flush, drinking reservoir and permeate pump all in the same system? Does anyone have a diagram?

I’m sure there is already a post somewhere about this. I can’t seem to find one.

I’ve already installed a BRS 7 stage 150gpd system and it’s working great. Just want to get the most out of it. (I have pretty high chloramines) I’ve got a drinking water upgrade, permeate pump, booster pump and auto flush all coming as well as an extra 5 micron prefilter before the 1 micron on the way from BRS.

I’m fine with installing all of those items separately. Just wondering if any of them will conflict with each other. All the diagrams I can find online are missing at least one of those components. So just want to make sure I put it all together correctly.

The permeate pump installs like an auto-shut off valve in the diagrams.

Most of the Storage Tanks are not Designed to Hold RO/DI Water, and will early fail. I was told to tap off before the DI, as I wouldn’t like the taste. Without using a Remineralization Cartridge, which would go before the storage, “Compression Tank.”

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
