I have 2 clowns in my 55 gallon tank with a blue-green chromis (there used to be more but he killed all his siblings). My clownfish arent aggressive but they are very territorial of their anemone. Lately though they have randomly decided to hate this poor chromis. He is wedged between two rocks hiding all day. It does come out to eat every day when I feed them. Is he going to be okay?

The clowns are territorial as you indicated and you likely need to separate the chromis from them of vice-versa.
