Bubble algae and Aiptasia

Due to huge life changes, my 60 gallon saltwater tank has not been touched other than feeding our fish in 10 months. It is completely overrun by bubble algae and Aiptasia. What’s the best way to go about fixing this? Starting over? I have the time to commit to it now.

Manual removal then test a few days after. Maybe if tank is large enough add a fox face one spot. Also add a few emerald crabs. Bubble algae is inevitable.
Thank you. Still new to this. Only 3 years in. But first time I’ve neglected.
