Sorry hopefully this works

Looks like a bump/collision injury
Other would be trying to sharpen teeth on a rock
In a separate tank, try using seachem kanaplex which is absorbed by fish and feed brine shrimp which can easily be ingested but appears infected

Well, I see it is still eating, so that's a good sign. It could be a Lymphocystis lesion, but perhaps it is too smooth/rounded to be that. It could be an abscess from an injury. Did it show up full size, or did it grow in size over time?

It showed up full size one day it was just there. It is acting completely normal.
