For obvious and hilarious reasons I'd like this identified. It may need to be confiscated (by me lol) depending on ID. This is in a common shopping center and I walk past it daily going to lunch. Since it was a tiny twig I thought it looked funny. Most plants around it are dead, they're not watering the flowers much/ we're in a drought/ but this one is getting water that's for darn sure it's five feet tall already. Put an end to something I've been wondering for five months
