I’ve encountered a complete lack of communication and have called and left several emails with no responses. Ordered a m-80 halide ballast and have been charged, but no response or updates. Know these are hard to get new, but the lack of calling me back after several days is disappointing. Don’t recommend them for business, at this point. (Checked my junk box) after reading other reefers with similar issues.
I’ll continue to spread out my purchases to help smaller companies, but not responding to messages is a deal breaker for me. My mistake was not reading some of the previous reviews before ordering.
