I had a similar issue. Some of the stuff shipped from the states, while the other stuff came directly from China. I had good luck communicating through their website "chat" option.

There are times when we are out of stock in the states, forcing products to ship from China. Also we don't stock any of the light shades in the states, just a heads up to all

It might help to put that on the order page. Not meant as a criticism, most companies do not charge for items that have not shipped?

I placed an order on their website Feb 7th and haven't heard anything since!? Is that normal? Lol I feel like I got robbed for $300 even tho I know they're legit

Noo-Psyche is on vacation for Chinese new year. They return on the 24th I believe. I will be shipping orders as soon as they return
