Hello R2R
I just started stocking my new 150g tank and I ended up with a cbb from a trusted source whose had him for a approximately 5 weeks and is eating 100%.
He’s not skinny and eats from the water column.
I’ve had him approximately 5 days and noticed this thing on his side.
He appears otherwise well.
He’s eating well.
I read the article by Paul and have been feeding freshly frozen scallops and clams however hes used to spirulina mysis.
In all regards he acts healthy but this is bugging me.
I only have a few fish in the tank and there’s no corals just yet so I could do what is needed and necessary to treat if this looks to appear to be something to be concerned with?
There’s a single white spot on its tail as well that I’m unsure if it’s a blemish from rockwork or it’s attributed to the spot I took pictures of.
The spot is noticeably visible and it’s fleshy looking.
The cbb is 100% eating and not lethargic at all.
And idea what this is and if I should do anything at this moment?
Thank you in advance!
