Is this cyano? Weekly water changes. Nitrates under 20ppm. I’m worried about it getting onto the base of frags. Did a water change yesterday and already sandbed is completely covered. Any advice? Thanks!

Seems like the wrong color and structure for cyanobacteria. Maybe dinoflagellates.
