Cynarina losing flesh and showing its skeleton

My cynarina is losing its flesh and showing its skeleton. How do I help get its flesh back?

Sorry I can't offer anything more than a bump. Anytime I have had one start loosing tissue I was not able to get them to recovery. I have read of people saving them so hopefully someone can help out.
