Detritus worm?

I noticed this worm today. Is it a detritus worm or something else? Should I try to remove it if I see it again or are they a healthy part of microfauna?

Bristle worm? Can't really tell from the pic. If it has bristles along it's sides, probably that's it. Good? Bad? Your call. You can't really avoid them, and they do serve a function by helping clean. Just don't touch one with bare hands!

Looks like a detritus worm but the pic isn’t that good
Leave it in your tank they help your cleaning of the tank if it gets bigger or you get a better less blurry shot repost
