Dirty glass

Do you intentionally let your glass dirty up a bit? I like to let my glass go a couple extra days to dirty up so my snails get to snack. I also find that when I scrape it my omnivore fish follow me around for tank snacks too.

I clean it every 3 days and have gyres aimed at glass for reduced adhesion of film algae. My snails feed off the back wall of tank IF tangs which are many leave any algae

True, mine mainly feed the back wall too but I notice at night when my glass is dirty it's one big party with all my inverts out big and small, snails, asterina, linkia star,etc...
