Do diatoms have bubbles?

Newbie here… been noticing some bubbles forming on what I believed to be diatoms..? Not sure what I’m looking at or if diatoms typically look like this? Need some experienced eyes to take a look…

While diatoms can entrap bubbles, this may be cyano. Best way to I.d is always microscope method.
Assure your nitrates and phosphates are not elevated and tank has adequate flow
