Do Seahorses do good in a small tank?

Hi guys

I have a 12g cube and was wondering if seahorses do good in this small of a tank. Any recomendations will be appreciated.

For the larger sized seahorses, a 29 gallon is the minimum recoomendation for a pair. If you are talking about dwarfs a 5 gallon is a good size.

Yes the 12gallon would hold plenty of dwarfs I think. Make sure you have live food for them :)

The 12 gal may be too big for them. From what I understand if the tank is too big they will have a hard time finding their food. A 2 gal tank is all you need for a pair of dwarves. Just do your research before you jump into it.

Ive read that aswell^

But if you do get them, you will need to spot feed them,or turn the flow off when feeding. Sometimes they can not catch the food because they are to slow.

I would try to keep your temperature down 75 degrees or below. It will help you a lot in the long run.
