Extending Default 7 Day View for PH

Is there some way to extend the standard 7-day view for ph and temp? I feel like I've poked around everywhere in the settings and am starting to wonder whether it's even possible to have a 1 month or 3 month view which I feel would be helpful.

Not possible. Not for lack of people requesting this feature, however.
