Hi all! Like a lot of folks, I've kept freshwater fish for years but have always dreamed of taking the plunge into the reef world. It was finally the right time, so I snagged a 15 gallon Fluval off of marketplace with plans to take it slow. Fate would have it otherwise. Long story short, I ended up with the previous owner's clownfish and hermit crab, which were otherwise destined for the toilet. We've made it three weeks so far thanks to water changes, bottled bacteria, and the previous owner's rock. Things are stable for now, and I'm looking forward to keeping things that way as I make this tank my own.

As for my username, I love blennies and think they're wonderfully silly!
