would two 3 way valves be better to use for the inlet and outlets?
if you already have them, sure... otherwise a standard is fine.

Okay have a blast and Happy New Years. If possible, when you get the chance. can you make me another blue print on where i should plumb a return pipe into my sump. After the salt is done mixing I want to turn a few knobs and shoot it into the sump :)

Sure...

I would need to see the placement of the sump relative to all containers to make a recommendation... can you place them in the final locations and take a picture?

Is the return pump for the Tank internal or external?

That's to way will it sit inside the sump?

Ok, than you can tee off the return for draining water out of the system, during water changes, and use the pump on the mixing stations to add fresh mixed salt water via the 4 way tee on the upper cross piece that connects the two contains... You will have to ball valve all three ends.
