I noticed a small scratch on my fish 2 days ago and thought it was nothing. Yesterday it became a little bigger and I thought maybe it got injured on the rocks or something but today it spread even more. Here’s a picture. Please help me identify the disease and if there is a way to save my fish

This is an injury that has become severely infected and looks to be bacterial. Fish will need Immediate quarantine in a separate tank and treated with Seachem Kanaplex and ammonia level monitored with a reliable test kit. Add aeration with air stone also during treatment.

That is quite a severe issue - do you know when it started/how long has the fish been in the tank. are the lesions on only one side? Are there other symptoms - did you QT the fish? BTW - Agree with Vetteguy kanamycin (or neomycin) would certainly be indicated.
