floating stuff in my water?

I have my skimmer and reactor running. Some reason i cant get the stuff out of the water so if will be clear. I have right before the return pump a foam pad and foam on the pump?

Can I not post a video off my computer like we do pictures?'''

I found out what the crap is floating in my water, Every time i hit my return pump line it sending stuff back into my tank. There is also yellow stuff growing inside of the return line. What should i do to stop this problem i'm having.

Should I take out the clear tubing and put pvc or.....

Stuff will grow in pipes no matter what. Most of the time it is not a problem, in fact it will help quiet your system down after a while .

Don't worry about it.
I used to have clear tubing and due to the refugium light being on I had black patched growing that I didn't like to see so I just redid my plumbing with black flexible pipe.
It makes for a lot cleaner look as well.
