Found something cool looking today...

It was small, not much bigger than my thumb nail. Looks like some kind of anemone to me but I'm not sure what kind. Any ideas?

Good luck man, i cant stand anemones these things love to spread and tick me off. I smash mine and super glue their crevice shut and hope they dont spawn more demons

Oh, it's not in my tank. I know everything that's in there. This was in a tide pool at the beach. I guess I should have said that in the OP.

It was just south of Washington Oaks State Park near Marineland. I'm guessing since you're from Orlando you know the general area.

OP, your nem there is most likely the Warty Sea Anemone, Bunodosoma cavernatum - for pics to compare with:
